GPRCFMY 2025 ADMISSION POLICY

By registering to attend the Global Public Relations Conference and Festival (GPRCFMY) 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission Rights

The organiser reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission to any individual at its sole discretion, including in the event of non-compliance with event rules, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of terms. Admission is subject to capacity limits and registration confirmation.

2. Identification Requirements

All attendees must wear official event badges or wristbands at all times within the venue. Media, exhibitors, speakers, and VIPs may be required to present valid identification for access to specific sessions or areas.

3. Programme Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, or format of the event without prior notice. In the event of postponement or cancellation, the organiser will notify registered participants and issue updates accordingly.

4. Photography and Media

The organiser and its partners may capture photos, videos, or audio during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in event-related materials.

5. Data Collection and Use

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of event registration, communication, and marketing in accordance with the GPRCFMY Privacy Notice. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required for event operations.

6. Conduct and Safety

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. The organiser may remove individuals who disrupt the event or endanger the safety of others.

7. Event Access and Participation

The organiser may limit access to certain sessions, workshops, or networking opportunities based on availability or role (e.g. media-only or invite-only sessions). Participation in select components may require pre-registration or invitation.

8. Code of Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual who violates event policies without refund or liability.

9. Security and Safety

All bags are subject to inspection at entry points. Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times. Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by event personnel.

10. Exhibitor Interaction

Samples, giveaways, and promotional items are provided at the discretion of individual exhibitors. Please be respectful of their time and avoid crowding booths during peak periods.

11. Smoking Policy

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas within or near the venue.

12. Pets

Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals with valid identification.
